Wellness at Sea: Vacation and Self-Care for Seven Amazing Days

In September (1st-8th) I will be hosting a 7-day Wellness Cruise on Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas. The cruise is a great opportunity for a relaxing vacation, some sightseeing, and wellness workshops focused on your self-care.

We will begin each day with a guided meditation, yoga nidra or a journaling practice (1 hour or less). You don’t have to be an expert in any of these areas, my experienced colleagues and I will be guiding you.

On the days that we are in port you will have the whole day to sightsee and enjoy excursions. At night we will offer community dinner gatherings if you want to join us, it’s optional.

On the days that we’re at sea (3 days) we will have 2-3 hours of wellness workshops for you to choose from. These will include:

  • Choosing Healthy Foods
  • Healthy weight loss
  • Healthy Cooking demo by Royal Caribbean chefs
  • Stress Reduction Techniques (deep breathing, meditation, gratitude practices)
  • Benefits of Journaling
  • Creating a Self-Care Morning Routine

These days at sea are a time for you to focus on your self-care. Time to ponder what you want to do the remainder of this year to create more self-care and wellness. We will guide you through the process as the answers to questions come to you.
