How is Life Coaching different from Therapy?

Life coaches guide you to take action steps that lead to you achieving your goals. We will help you work through limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. We do not coach on depression, trauma, etc. These health concerns need to be worked through with a therapist.

You can work with a therapist and at the same time work with a Life Coach on your goals and what you want to create for your future.
