As we enter fall, everything seems to shift at once.
The kids are back in school, the rhythm of the day changes, the weather cools down, and life asks us to pay attention in a different way.
It’s a season that naturally invites reflection — not the dramatic kind, but the quiet kind that sneaks up on you.
Every fall, I notice the same pattern in the women I work with:
a subtle pull toward reflection, recalibration, and release.
It’s not about reinvention.
It’s about honesty.
About finally acknowledging the things that feel heavy, outdated, or misaligned — and giving yourself permission to set them down.
If you’ve been feeling “in between” lately, you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Transitions aren’t a sign of uncertainty — they’re a sign that your next chapter is forming.
Before the year ends, I want to invite you to try one simple practice:
Name one thing you’re ready to release.
A role.
A responsibility.
A pattern.
A pressure.
Whatever it is, naming it is the first step toward letting it go.
If you want to share it with me, just reply — I read every message.
PS: If you’re craving a deeper reset, the Release & Renew Retreat in Costa Rica (Feb 6–11, 2027) is designed exactly for women in this “in‑between” season. Spacious days, ocean air, and the kind of clarity that only comes when you step out of your routine. If you want to explore it, here’s more info:
