Do you feel selfish when you make time for you? For your self-care? Why do you feel that way? Is it because of societal norms? Family culture that tells you that everyone else has to come first?
Are you ready to break free from these societal norms? Many of you may have heard the quote, you can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. This is so true, yet many people burnout before they realize this. By spending time on you and taking care of yourself (proper nutrition, 7-8 hours of sleep a night, exercise, stress reduction) you will be able to give to those you love.
