Each of us has our own set of Unique Motivators. Motivators are what drives us to make changes in our life. Motivators can help us overcome habits & patterns that don’t serve us. We may have positive or negative motivators.
For example, we may be motivated by looking good, having more energy, or not spending money on things such as medicines.
