Morning Routine

Do you have a morning routine that grounds you and kicks off your day?
What is that routine, please share below?

My routine includes journaling on
1. Who do I want to be today (happy, productive)
2. What do I want to accomplish today
3. Gratitude list
4. Meditation or inspirational video with affirmations
5. Visualization of what I want to create in my life

  1. I love morning routines. Mine involve writing, doing blogging tasks like commenting, then exercising. Those three things make me feel accomplished, and everything else is just gravy. Anyway, thanks for this post!
