Conversation with a Friend yesterday:
Him: I’m afraid I’d be destroyed if I went out on a few dates and got negative feedback from a women.
Me: Hmm, that sounds like you have a limiting belief still active in your head. The belief that you’re not worthy or good enough.
These beliefs come from our childhood, from experiences that we had at a young age. We then give them meaning and think that they’re the truth, when they’re NOT true!
